Welcome to the Highlands at Clarksburg! The construction in our neighborhood is complete, but our web construction is just beginning. When it is finished, we hope that our online community will be just as beautiful and welcoming as our neighborhood community. Please feel free to submit comments using the 'Contact Us' menu item on the left. If you do not see that item, you need to log in using your UserID and Password created using the link 'Register for a log in" in the menu on the left. Although some of the elements are still "under construction," this web page will hold all of the community information you need, from neighborhood events to home owner's association information.
HOA Board Meeting The next Highlands at Clarksburg HOA Community Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Apr 22nd at 7:00PM at the Omnibudsman's Office at the corner of Stringtown and MD355. Everyone in the community is welcome and encouraged to attend. The meetings are a great way to learn about the decisions that effect our community. HOA meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
Speeders, Please Slow Down Please SLOW down when driving through our community. Encourage your neighbors to be more considerate of the people that live here. As it gets warmer over the course of the next month, there will be more children playing in the streets so we, as a community, need to be more aware of their safety.
